Assistant Engineering Manager

The Assistant Manager- Engineering is responsible for the daily operation of the engineering department and for ensuring that the department is operated in the safest and most efficient manner. The Assistant Manager- Engineering will assume the responsibilities of the Chief Engineer during his absence.
المسؤوليات
- Manages all corrective and preventive maintenance work through the CMMS
- Reviews the backlog report, work schedules, and preventive maintenance plans
- Ensures work is done efficiently and within hotel standards
- Takes accountability in establishing guest room and public area maintenance programs
- Takes an active part in the Emergency Response Team
- Maintains records, reports, and documentation of all preventive maintenance activities
