Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai is looking for an Administration Staff (Japanese Speaker). You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily office activities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

المسؤوليات

  • Arrange official travel, including flights, visas, and and coordinate meetings, workshops, and seminars
  • Manage calendars for office management/executive staff
  • Oversee office administration, including filing, document management, and procurement of supplies
  • Liaise with head office regarding travel arrangements and business trip logistics
  • Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Excellent command of English; proficient in Japanese
