- Oversee contractor procurement and contract administration
- Provide cost control and reporting throughout the contract
- Mentor junior team members
المؤهلات
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management
- Professional membership (MRICS/RICS or equivalent)
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Knowledge of value engineering and contract law
