Lead and elevate financial governance, control framework, and performance management at JODAYN. Senior executive leadership role responsible for financial integrity, operational discipline, and profitability across business units. Develop corporate financial strategy. Lead annual budgeting and long-term planning. Maintain internal control framework. Monitor business unit P&Ls. Identify cost optimization opportunities. Oversee liquidity and working capital optimization. Conduct due diligence for new initiatives. Lead and develop finance, accounting, and treasury teams.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Establish and maintain internal control framework
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements
- Monitor business unit P&Ls and overall performance
- Oversee liquidity management and banking relationships
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and due diligence
- Lead and develop finance, accounting, and treasury teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) required
- Minimum 12 years of progressive financial leadership experience
