Using the IHG tools provided and in compliance with the IHG standards, the Revenue Manager maintains, updates and shares information in areas of competitor rate intelligence and arrival patterns. Understands the composition of hotel profitability and uses this to evaluate business from local accounts.
المسؤوليات
- Update information on master calendar of events and competitor intelligence
- Evaluate business from local accounts and groups for input to rate setting
- Facilitate the Revenue Room Meeting
- Monitor demand periods for function space and rooms
- Track booking pace, group wash, and denied business
- Manage day-to-day reservation and revenue activities
- Establish performance and development goals for team members
- Conduct weekly yield meetings
- Identify operational problems reducing effectiveness of revenue activities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in business/hotel administration
- Four to Ten years of experience in a hospitality or hotel reservations setting
- Direct supervisory experience over a Revenue/Reservations team
