ECS EMEA - Business Transformation Analyst

A Business Transformation Analyst is a link between the IT department and the company, as well as with external customers and suppliers. The objective of the role is to implement and maintain an application solution around the ERP system and its ecosystem.

- Establish and maintain continuous assessment of operational processes.
- Perform ongoing analysis of business needs.
- Act as a single point of contact for the business community.
- Manage user acceptance tests of the solutions provided.
- Monitor the entire process and think about continuous improvement.
- Provide on-site support for end-to-end testing during ERP implementation.
