Customer Service Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is the front-facing ambassador of the showroom. This role involves engaging customers, presenting furniture products, closing sales, and managing payment transactions.

- Greet customers and understand their needs
- Provide accurate product information and pricing
- Prepare quotations and sales invoices
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Handle cash, card, and other transactions accurately
- Reconcile daily sales and submit reports
- Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams
المؤهلات
- Nationality: Saudi
- Fluent Arabic (Required), Intermediate to Fluent English (Required)
- High school diploma or higher
- Prior experience in sales or cashier roles
