المسؤوليات
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth through high-value player engagement
- Proactively cultivate lasting relationships with VIP players
- Provide enhanced proactive one-stop service to VIP members
- Resolve escalated issues from VIP customers
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to conduct VIP account reviews
- Partner with VIP Promotions team to boost engagement
- Offer insights to product and marketing teams
المؤهلات
- Previous Account Management experience and proven leadership capabilities
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities
- Strong numeracy competency
- Prior experience in dealing with Sales/VIP/Corporate clients
- Proven aptitude for making effective decisions
