Decima International is a professional services company, providing project management and controls services to clients in the United States and the Middle East. We are looking for a driven and capable Business Development Director to support us with identifying and pursuing new clients and penetrating new markets.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market trends and competitive landscape
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets
- Analyze and prioritize existing and possible business opportunities
- Research conferences and trade shows within the industry
- Conduct in-depth market research analysis to identify client needs and competitor activity
- Work with leadership to evaluate and adjust business strategies
- Compile detailed reports on opportunities, successes, and strategies
- Assist in the development of company marketing plans
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team
- Assist with negotiations and closing high-value deals and partnerships
- Coordinate and assist with proposals and quotations
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs
المؤهلات
- 20+ years of business development experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
- Experience performing business development responsibilities in the construction field (data centers, mission-critical, infrastructure, healthcare)
- Prior business development experience in the GCC (KSA, UAE, Qatar)
- Extensive experience in market research
- Comprehensive understanding of market trends
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
