Senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and delivering high-quality contracts and proposals across the organization.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the Proposals & Contract Management team
- Coordinate preparation of competitive proposals
- Draft and review MSAs, Work Orders, and Change Orders
- Optimize proposal and contract processes
- Manage inbound proposal requests
المؤهلات
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract & proposal management
- Experience in CRO business
- Professional fluency in English
