Generate qualified leads for AMC contracts and Fit-Out projects through lead-generation tools, CRM, and networking. The executive will conduct market research to identify opportunities in various sectors, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and revenue growth.

- Generate qualified leads for AMC contracts and Fit-Out projects
- Conduct market research across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for quotations
- Represent company at industry events and exhibitions
- Track lead conversion and revenue performance in CRM
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in Fit-Out or Facility Management
- Strong understanding of AMC contracts and interior project workflows
