The Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing and executing all sales activities within the assigned area. The role focuses on proactively driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the hotel’s revenue objectives.

المسؤوليات

  • Execute sales action plans for assigned market segments
  • Conduct daily sales calls, client meetings, and market visits
  • Coordinate and host site inspections and familiarization visits
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and government partners
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams
  • Apply negotiation skills to optimize revenue

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality
  • This Position is for Saudi Nationals Only
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
