The Assistant Reservations Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department and plays an important role in ensuring that the booking experience is efficient, accurate, and guest-focused. Working closely with the Reservations Manager, this role helps maintain operational standards and supports the reservations team.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily bookings across all channels (website, OTAs, phone, email)
- Monitor inventory, rate plans, and room allocations
- Provide daily supervision and guidance to reservations agents
- Train team on systems, selling techniques, and service standards
- Ensure pre-arrival communication is timely and personalized
- Support revenue optimization efforts by monitoring conversion behavior
- Support effective use of the PMS, booking engine, and channel manager
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in reservations, front office, or revenue-related role
- Experience in Multi-property or Cluster environment
- Experience in luxury hospitality preferred
