Assistant Reservations Manager

The Assistant Reservations Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department and plays an important role in ensuring that the booking experience is efficient, accurate, and guest-focused. Working closely with the Reservations Manager, this role helps maintain operational standards and supports the reservations team.

المسؤوليات

  • Oversee daily bookings across all channels (website, OTAs, phone, email)
  • Monitor inventory, rate plans, and room allocations
  • Provide daily supervision and guidance to reservations agents
  • Train team on systems, selling techniques, and service standards
  • Ensure pre-arrival communication is timely and personalized
  • Support revenue optimization efforts by monitoring conversion behavior
  • Support effective use of the PMS, booking engine, and channel manager

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in reservations, front office, or revenue-related role
  • Experience in Multi-property or Cluster environment
  • Experience in luxury hospitality preferred
