Finance Operations Manager

Operations Finance Manager – Pricing & Revenue. Own pricing strategy and revenue optimization across a growing short-term rental portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and revenue management, with real influence on margin, occupancy, and portfolio performance.
المسؤوليات
- Build and refine dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Analyze demand trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics
- Develop financial models to assess pricing scenarios and unit economics
- Monitor key KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy
- Partner closely with Operations and Leadership to align pricing with expectations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Improve pricing workflows through automation and process improvements
المؤهلات
- 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
