General Manager

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a refined and vibrant French Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai. You will have full ownership of performance, culture, and guest experience, managing everything from pre-opening to daily operations.

- Assume full accountability for restaurant performance and guest experience
- Lead and inspire the entire restaurant team
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Define and maintain service standards
- Own the wine and beverage strategy
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and guest engagement
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and regulations
- Act as the primary brand ambassador and maintain floor presence
- Lead all pre-opening and launch activities
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Leadership role
- Experience in French or Mediterranean dining environments
- Success in financial management (budgeting, P&L, cost control)
- Experience leading and developing large, diverse hospitality teams
- Fluency in English (essential); French fluency is a strong advantage
- UAE / Dubai-based experience is highly desirable
