We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with strong e-commerce experience to own and execute all visual design requirements across our brand. This role will work closely with marketing, and partnerships teams to create high-impact designs that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
المسؤوليات
- Design high-converting visuals for app, website, banners, promotions, and campaigns.
- Create campaign assets for discounts, cashback offers, launches, and seasonal events (Ramadan, sales, etc.).
- Optimize creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, conversions, engagement).
- Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid ads.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support content calendars with on-brand, conversion-focused visuals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Design branding assets including logos, templates, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Ensure visual consistency across online and offline channels.
- Design event-related materials such as booth designs, standees, flyers, screens, and digital invitations.
- Create co-branded assets for partnerships and collaborations.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand briefs and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Apply feedback efficiently and ensure final outputs meet quality standards.
المؤهلات
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce, campaign, and social media designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design for conversions and digital performance.
- Experience designing for multiple platforms and formats.
- High attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
- Experience with Figma.
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects or similar).
- Experience working with apps, marketplaces, or retail brands.
- Understanding of A/B testing creatives and performance optimization.
