To achieve agreed sales revenue targets by developing and maintaining effective professional liaisons with MICE agents, incentive houses, associations and various stakeholders. Help to position Dubai as a global MICE destination and work with various stakeholders to increase 3rd/4th freedom traffic flows in these segments.

المسؤوليات

  • Maintain and develop relationships with major MICE agents and associations
  • Build strong relationships with Convention Bureaus, Hotels, and Tourism Offices
  • Manage strategic accounts and ensure business opportunities are shared
  • Update weekly sales plan in salesforce.com and report outcomes
  • Develop and implement agreed marketing and sales plans
  • Monitor revenue results and implement actions to maximize revenue
  • Negotiate incentive and discount agreements for selected accounts
  • Investigate and report competitor activity within the territory

المؤهلات

  • Experience in all aspects of the airline/travel trade sales environment
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Oman
