Senior Manager, Operational Risk

To lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the organization’s operational risk management framework. This role ensures effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of risks across all business units.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee the consolidation of risk reporting and ensure timely escalation
- Lead regular periodic evaluations of risk management performance
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of risk controls and treatment plans
- Monitor and report on adherence to the Group Risk Management Framework
- Foster strong collaboration with Risk Champions and Internal Audit
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and macroeconomic risk factors
- Provide authoritative guidance on risk management training
- Conduct Risk Workshops
- Support implementation and administration of ERM systems
- Champion risk awareness and maturity through targeted training
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum of eleven years’ work experience with at least five in a relevant function and four years in supervisory roles
- Advanced English language proficiency
