WAY Real Estate is looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-growing real estate team in Dubai. Only candidates with proven recruitment experience in Dubai will be considered. Primary focus is on real estate brokers and marketing team roles.
المسؤوليات
- Source and recruit qualified real estate brokers and marketing team roles
- Use multiple recruitment channels including Facebook Ads, Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with management
- Maintain and update candidate database and CRM system
- Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding process
- Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets
المؤهلات
- Proven recruitment experience in Dubai
- Strong experience recruiting real estate brokers
- Fluency in English
