The Business Development Billing Officer ensures that all executed transportation and logistics services are accurately converted into revenue through timely and accurate invoicing, while supporting revenue assurance and improving cash flow performance.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare and issue customer invoices for transportation services
- Verify completed trips against operational records
- Ensure all supporting documents (POD, Trip Sheets) are available
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams
- Monitor and track unbilled shipments
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
- Maintain accurate records within ERP/TMS systems
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in billing or revenue control in transportation/logistics
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and contract pricing
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
