Mechanical Inspector

The Mechanical Inspector role involves conducting site inspections, documenting property conditions, and verifying material compliance to ensure permanent works comply with contract documents and safety practices.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct site inspections prior to the commencement of construction activities
- Photograph and record existing property conditions
- Review materials delivered to the site for compliance
- Verify proper storage of delivered materials
- Inspect the construction of permanent works for compliance with contract documents
- Maintain detailed daily logs and reports
- Monitor site safety practices and work progress
- Support inspections of completed works and prepare punch lists
المؤهلات
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Solid knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and industry trade practices
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to the role
