Crossing Hurdles is hiring Warehouse and Inventory Specialists to create realistic tasks and scenarios based on shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in manufacturing environments. You will develop scenarios for handling discrepancies, coordinating with carriers, and using inventory management systems. This remote role involves providing structured feedback to improve AI training for manufacturing logistics.

- Create situations involving shipment processing, receiving inspections, and inventory tracking
- Develop scenarios for handling discrepancies and coordinating with carriers
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to logistics and inventory-related queries
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI training
المؤهلات
- 4+ years of professional experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory roles within manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management or lead responsibilities
- Proficiency with computers and common inventory or warehouse software systems
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity
- Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment
