- Maximize sales and profits through up-selling and cross-selling
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all in-room dining menu items
- Demonstrate understanding of hotel facilities
- Become proficient in systems such as Opera, Epicure, and Hotsos
- Adhere to punctuality and uniform standards
- Personalize guest interactions
- Report guest comments or complaints to management

- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant / lounge experience within a luxury environment
