We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef / Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked products while maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation standards.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, breads, desserts
- Create new dessert and pastry recipes with attractive presentation
- Ensure consistency, quality, and taste of all bakery products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards
- Manage raw materials, stock control, and minimize wastage
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff if required
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Chef
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
