Brand Manager

Balparmak is looking for a Brand Manager to join its Marketing team at the headquarters in Çekmeköy. The role involves leading product development, brand positioning, and execution of brand communication strategies.
المسؤوليات
- Lead product development, brand positioning, and execution of communication strategies
- Monitor market dynamics and develop insights-based analyses
- Develop and evaluate marketing plans in line with market trends
- Prepare and manage the annual brand budget
- Execute new product launches and re-launches
- Coordinate ATL and BTL advertising activities
- Manage and develop digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with media and market insight partners
- Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams
- Oversee consumer engagement and PR activities.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5-6 years of brand management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive mindset
- No travel restrictions
