Seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll functions across the group. The role is responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient HR operations and accurate payroll execution.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee HR operations and payroll activities across multiple entities
- Ensure payroll workflows and internal controls are implemented
- Maintain HR practices in accordance with KSA labor laws
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Lead and manage the HR operations team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within a multi-entity environment
- Saudi Nationality only
