We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a motivated Senior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with solid experience, ready to take on broader responsibilities and contribute to strategic HR functions.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for assigned positions
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system
- Assist in the administration of payroll-related data and benefits enrollment
- Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover and recruitment
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR Generalist or Specialist role
