Assistant People & Culture Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah. You will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support the full employee lifecycle.
المسؤوليات
- Collaborate with leaders on performance management and employee relations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Develop and implement training programs
- Champion a culture of inclusion and well-being
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Maintain HR systems and lead recognition programs
- Assist in workforce planning and productivity analysis
- Handle employee inquiries
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
