Oversee all procurement activities, ensure cost-effective sourcing, maintain supply continuity, and build strong supplier partnerships in a fast-paced, multi-branch restaurant environment.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Manage sourcing, supplier selection, and negotiation
- Ensure timely procurement of ingredients, packaging, and equipment
- Monitor supplier performance and pricing trends
- Collaborate with Finance and Cost Control for budget alignment
- Lead and develop the procurement team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in procurement
- Experience in F&B or multi-branch environment
