Join The Green Planet as a Guest Relations Associate to deliver professional guest service and support daily operations. This role involves assisting across various touchpoints to ensure a memorable experience in a tropical forest environment. Candidates must be comfortable handling animals.
المسؤوليات
- Communicate with guests and team members to support operations
- Represent the brand professionally
- Ensure enforcement of rules and provide crowd control for safety
- Perform front-of-house positions and operate POS systems
- Conduct guest programs including camping and tours
- Handle day-to-day accounting and end-of-shift financial matters
- Stay updated on animal handling and safety protocols
المؤهلات
- High School Certificate
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Comfortable handling animals, including snakes
- Knowledge of Vista ticketing system is desirable
