The Head of B2B Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across Partner Channel and Enterprise segments in the UAE & Oman region by defining and executing scalable sales strategies, strengthening partner ecosystems and ensuring excellence in pipeline management.

  • Drive channel sales growth using the RFY framework
  • Scale revenue through Distributors and Resellers
  • Own Partner Programs and rebate governance
  • Lead Enterprise account planning and pipeline health
  • Align with Marketing to drive new logo acquisition
  • Coach, develop, and hire high-performing B2B sales teams

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
