The Head of B2B Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across Partner Channel and Enterprise segments in the UAE & Oman region by defining and executing scalable sales strategies, strengthening partner ecosystems and ensuring excellence in pipeline management.

- Drive channel sales growth using the RFY framework
- Scale revenue through Distributors and Resellers
- Own Partner Programs and rebate governance
- Lead Enterprise account planning and pipeline health
- Align with Marketing to drive new logo acquisition
- Coach, develop, and hire high-performing B2B sales teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
