Clinical Recruiter II

The Recruiter Envoy II at Envision Healthcare is responsible for identifying, qualifying, interviewing, and contracting with Physician and APP candidates for client hospitals. This involves working closely with Operations Managers and coordinating applicant submissions for the locum privileging process.
المسؤوليات
- Generates and develops leads through cold calling, referrals, and mass mailings
- Initiates contact and follow-up with prospective candidates
- Coordinates interviews and refers qualified physician applicants
- Discusses the Hiring process with new hires during the contracting phase
- Assists in procuring necessary credentials and documents
- Maintains the integrity of the physician database
- Conducts feedback calls on new hires after 30/60 day intervals
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University
- 2 years of experience recruiting physicians and specialty nurses or 5 years general recruiting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
