Provide day-to-day application support for internal and external users in the insurance industry. This role involves managing incident responses, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

المسؤوليات

  • Provide day-to-day application support for users.
  • Manage incident responses and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance.
  • Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks.
  • Create and maintain documentation for procedures and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in software upgrades, patches, and migrations.

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application support.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, ERP, Database tools, Oracle, and server environments.
  • Experience in Insurance domain.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
