Application Support Engineer

Provide day-to-day application support for internal and external users in the insurance industry. This role involves managing incident responses, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
المسؤوليات
- Provide day-to-day application support for users.
- Manage incident responses and escalations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance.
- Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks.
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures and troubleshooting.
- Participate in software upgrades, patches, and migrations.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, ERP, Database tools, Oracle, and server environments.
- Experience in Insurance domain.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
