We’re looking for a passionate, curious and organized Senior Executive to be part of our team, delivering a multi-discipline communications scope for a multi-national brand. As a Senior Executive, Communications & Project Management, you will support the account management team in co-ordinating projects across a range of verticals - creative, strategy, production, content, and media. The core responsibilities will be to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track, in addition to playing the lead role in planning campaigns, resourcing, monitoring and quality control from start to finish. This role will also be tasked with submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project plans, ensuring their effective execution throughout.
المسؤوليات
- Working with the creative services manager and aligning on project timelines.
- Managing stakeholders on clients projects and organizing their projects from approval of concepts to final delivery.
- Forward planning, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
- Troubleshooting unforeseen issues as they arise, escalating as required.
- Establishing effective project communication plans CPSes and ensuring their execution on time.
- Following the project progress and bypassing problems.
- Evaluating a post-project and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements by preparing status reports.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Enforcing deadlines and maintains efficiency across teams.
- Scheduling project-related meetings
- Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Encouraging communication among team members.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field.
- Experience in related field (Finance or Government/semi Government).
- 1-2 years’ experience with project management theory and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Evidence of being solution-driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery.
