Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience. Manage daily reception and administrative operations including meeting coordination, shuttle bus arrangements, courier services, document processing, and general office support.

- Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors
- Manage daily reception and administrative operations
- Coordinate visitor registration, badging, and escorts
- Provide workplace and guest experience services such as refreshments and meeting support
- Serve as an escalation point for routine reception and administrative issues
- Maintain accurate records, files, inventories, and data management systems
- Prepare routine reports, summaries, and administrative correspondence
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
المؤهلات
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent manners with strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception, administrative, or workplace support role
- Comfortable using office systems, visitor management tools, and basic data entry processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to assess situations, demonstrate empathy, and provide appropriate support
- Ability to understand instructions, write routine correspondence, and prepare basic reports
- Capale of responding effectively to common inquiries or complaints
- Basic understanding of administrative and financial processes
