This role offers a leadership opportunity to drive end-to-end delivery of mission-critical, user-facing Care Services initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will act as the engineering co-lead for the Care Services stream, collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes.

- Own end-to-end engineering delivery for Care Services initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Product and stakeholders to shape initiatives
- Lead technical delivery across frontend and API/integration layers
- Manage and mentor a team including Engineering Managers and engineers
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability, process effectiveness, and automation
- Act as the engineering representative in leadership discussions
المؤهلات
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5–10 years in engineering management
- 2–4 years in senior management roles
- Proven track record managing Engineering Managers and individual contributors
- Experience delivering consumer-facing applications
- Strong experience working with high-visibility initiatives
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills in English
