Assistant Site Manager

Provide Operations and Maintenance guidance to ensure safety, reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems. Facilitate attainment of operations excellence via productivity, reliability, quality, and cost reduction.
المسؤوليات
- Provide and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide direction and guidance based on technical feedback for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Provide input for scheduled outages to ensure contractual requirements are achieved.
- Manage plant production efficiently based on data driven decisions.
- Verify SAP notifications and approved with basic data.
- Participate in preparing maintenance or process shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Ensure equipment readiness for maintenance activity and back to operations.
- Participate in incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact when dealing with internal issues of the facility.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering a minimum.
- 10 years minimum in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or maintenance function.
- 6+ years in line supervision of process operations roles.
