Raqmiyat is seeking an RFP & Tendering Expert to develop and manage RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents. You will coordinate technical and commercial evaluations and lead technical scoring and assessments. The role ensures compliance with procurement policies and supports contract award documentation.

- Develop and manage RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents
- Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations
- Lead technical scoring and comparative assessments
- Prepare complete tender packages including scope of work
- Manage vendor communications and pre-bid meetings
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Support contract award recommendations
- Maintain tender records and evaluation reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in RFP development and procurement
