- Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information
- Answer questions, understand needs and recommend tailored products
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Increase sales through explaining promotions and special offers
- Independently keep track of sales records
المؤهلات
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Outstanding communication skills in Arabic
