The VoIP/Video Engineer is a subject matter expert with an in-depth knowledge of voice routing communications. This position requires technical expertise in call and video routing, optimization, and call flow technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation of VoIP and VoSIP technology
- Manage Tier 1 Cisco Call Managers and SBCs
- Monitor capacity and performance issues
- Create and maintain detailed network diagrams
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- DoD 8570.01M compliant certifications (Baseline + CE)
- Minimum of five years experience in technical/managerial work

- Perform system maintenance for IAVA vulnerabilities
