FMCG- Sales Executive- (Distribution Company)

We are hiring an experienced FMCG Sales Executive with a strong background in distribution companies to drive sales growth and manage retail and wholesale accounts. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales and collection targets within assigned territories; Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets; Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in the market; Execute promotions and support new product launches; Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure FIFO compliance; Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback. Requirements: 5-6 years’ experience as a Sales Executive in an FMCG distribution company; Proven exposure to retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels; Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated and target-driven; Valid Qatar driving license (preferred/required); Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting. We will prioritize those candidates who have experience in the food industry.
