Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
المسؤوليات
- Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction to closeout
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Manage change orders and client communications
- Mitigate risks and address delays
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of construction management experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Proficiency with PM software (Procore, MS Project)
