Director - Residential Customer Care - Dubai Holding Real Estate

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department. Manage after-sales, hand-over processes, and community management challenges to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily customer service department operations
- Manage after-sales, sales operation, and hand-over processes
- Implement workflows to maximize efficiency and NPS/CSAT
- Develop contact improvement strategies using data insights
- Monitor service metrics and resource allocation
- Act as focal point for resolving customer issues
- Prepare feasibility studies and budgets
- Conduct service quality audits
- Manage pre- and post-handover activities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communication; Master's preferred
- CCXP / CRM / CCSP Certification preferred
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in customer service/CRM
- At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency in English and/or Arabic
