Senior Customer Quality Specialist

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Customer Quality Specialist in Dammam. You will be responsible for managing internal and external customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and developing corrective action plans. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction ratings, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Manage both internal and external customer complaints.
- Conduct systematic root cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
- Ensure definition and execution of containment actions rapidly to limit impact on customer operations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings and conduct customer audits.
- Update customers regarding the status of quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Take responsibility for safety and integrity within the business.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
- 12-15 Years’ experience.
- Experienced Installation & Commissioning supervisors, High voltage service engineers in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
