The Media Lab is an innovative space within Technische Universität Braunschweig, established by the Project House. It serves as a hub where lecturers, students, and staff collaborate with the Media Lab team to explore new media technologies for teaching, learning, and working. This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including managing administrative duties, coordinating schedules, answering phone calls with professionalism, and maintaining general clerical responsibilities. Additionally, the role will involve providing executive-level support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting with internal and external communications.

المؤهلات
- Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks and systems efficiently
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries and foster professional interactions
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and providing high-level support
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office management or a related field are a bonus
