People and Culture Manager

Lead all People & Culture initiatives for the hotel, through ongoing operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end employee experience that reflects Sofitel’s values. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, providing guidance on employee relations, overseeing HR systems, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

- Lead all People & Culture initiatives for the hotel, through ongoing operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
- Oversee HR systems, maintain accurate data, and generate insightful reports
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture
- Provide leadership and guidance to hotel managers and department heads
- Assist with payroll preparation, compliance audits, and right-to-work checks
- Drive broader People & Culture projects, including HR system upgrades and engagement surveys
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A postgraduate degree in Leadership or People Management is highly desirable
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally within luxury hospitality experience
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Deep understanding of UAE labor laws, compliance requirements, payroll processes, and HR best practices
- Fluent in English
