Lead all People & Culture initiatives for the hotel, through ongoing operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end employee experience that reflects Sofitel’s values. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, providing guidance on employee relations, overseeing HR systems, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

  • Lead all People & Culture initiatives for the hotel, through ongoing operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
  • Oversee HR systems, maintain accurate data, and generate insightful reports
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture
  • Provide leadership and guidance to hotel managers and department heads
  • Assist with payroll preparation, compliance audits, and right-to-work checks
  • Drive broader People & Culture projects, including HR system upgrades and engagement surveys
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A postgraduate degree in Leadership or People Management is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally within luxury hospitality experience
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
  • Deep understanding of UAE labor laws, compliance requirements, payroll processes, and HR best practices
  • Fluent in English
