Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will serve as the senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all financial operations, governance, reporting, and strategic financial planning of business. The role will ensure robust financial control, IFRS compliance, cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and support commercial growth across large-scale projects, equipment trading, after-sales services, and leasing operations. The position will act as a strategic business partner to the GM and Board, providing financial insight to drive sustainable profitability and capital efficiency in a project-driven, asset-intensive environment.
المسؤوليات
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements (ZATCA, VAT, Corporate Tax)
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
- Implement project accounting and cost tracking mechanisms
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, or dealership partnerships
- Oversee ERP optimization (Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / SAP)
- Lead and develop the finance team (Accounting, Treasury, AP/AR, Cost Control)
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
- Professional Certification required: CMA / CFA / ACCA / CPA
- Minimum 12–15+ years experience in Finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in Heavy Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Construction, Manufacturing, or Asset-Intensive industries is strongly preferred
