Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline human resources functions for their growing team in Budaiya, Northern, BH. This role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.

- Oversee administration of compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Manage full employee lifecycle
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Manage payroll processes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 years in a management role
