A construction company in Dubai is seeking a DM Licensed Project Engineer to oversee all finishing works on site. This includes supervising daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee and manage all finishing works on site (plastering, painting, flooring, joinery, etc.)
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure productivity
- Review approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material delivery
- Monitor progress and report issues to the Project Manager
- Conduct regular site inspections and handle de-snagging
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
- DM License Mandatory
- 5–10 years of UAE construction experience
