The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in creating a qualified pipeline for Quantum Health’s Sales organization. BDRs are responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and advancing early-stage opportunities with Direct Employers and Consultants.

  • Source and book qualified Discovery Meetings
  • Conduct initial qualification conversations
  • Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and research target accounts
  • Ensure accurate entry of all activities in Salesforce
  • Execute event-based prospecting

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales/Business Development
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills for high-level conversations
