The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in creating a qualified pipeline for Quantum Health’s Sales organization. BDRs are responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and advancing early-stage opportunities with Direct Employers and Consultants.
المسؤوليات
- Source and book qualified Discovery Meetings
- Conduct initial qualification conversations
- Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify and research target accounts
- Ensure accurate entry of all activities in Salesforce
- Execute event-based prospecting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales/Business Development
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills for high-level conversations
